I am a mom to two beautiful children, Brennan (8) and Sophia (5). I couldn't ask for more when it comes to them. They are what gets me through anything and everything.
Truthfully, I have never been good at filling out the sections "about me", where I am left to describe myself. I guess it is because I still don't know yet. Recently, I come to find many people don't know who they are yet either. I have secretly been wondering this question for the past year. It is hard to see other mothers in somewhat similar situations who just have it completely together. To know who they are, what they are doing, where they are going! "Super Moms." I have always done everything backwards, especially when I try so hard to do things the way you are supposed to I guess. Constantly trying to be what everyone else expected, and do what a *perfect* mother and wife would do. It may have taken me sometime, but I think I am starting to understand, there is no perfect mom, daughter, friend, wife. Everyone struggles, and everyone makes mistakes.
This past year I believe I have changed alot! ALOT! I have discovered a different side of me. I absolutely love reading and writing, though I haven't in a long time. I am very crafty, and I try to do a project at least every other week, time permitting. I LOVE to cook & bake, antiques, studying, art, decorating and soo soo much more.. I have found a little nutcase inside of me when I a doing some of these things (=
I guess I decided to start a blog because I wanted to be able to discover myself a little more, save special memories, and practice my writing skills.. I am still new to the whole blogging world, and I am continuously tweaking my page changing backrounds and such. I hope I can find one set up I can just stick with already.
